Reports to: Dispensary Manager and Assistant Dispensary Manager
Pay Range: $19.29 - $22.00

Job Description: 
  • Reports directly to dispensary management.
  • Responsible for Dispensary operations. 
  • Be a positive influence and advocate for all dispensary staff, and patients/customers. 
  • Assist and document employee and patient/customer conflict resolutions immediately and professionally. 
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers. 
  • Continuing improvement of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all Dispensary operations, including compliance, sales, and inventory control, cash handling, and training employees. 
  • Follow employee handbook, company policies and SOPs. 
  • Maintain full compliance, cleanliness, and safety.  
  • Practice high quality customer service, sales tactics, and upselling techniques.  
  • Maximizing the quality and consistency of each customer’s dispensary experience. 
  • Maximizing the efficiency and quality of dispensary operations.  
  • Assist as needed in inventory management and re‐ordering cannabis products 
  • Communicate scheduling needs and assist in filling any shifts one cannot make.  
  • Continually look for ways to improve the dispensary and dispensary performance.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  
Candidate Requirements: 
  • 2 years Colorado dispensary experience preferred.  
  • Experience with dispensaries preferred POS systems, METRC, and Microsoft Office preferred. 
  • Excellent and friendly retail, customer service, and cash handling experience required. 
  • Inventory management experience expected. 
  • Ability to upsell customers. 
  • Detail oriented and able to both give and follow instructions. 
  • Ability to receive constructive criticism from customers and co‐workers. 
  • Must be capable of working on your feet for up to 10 hours per day. 
  • Must be available for 45 plus hours plus per week. 
  • Must be available to work weekends, and nights until 10:30pm 
  • Reliable transportation required.
